EASYPRESS HT2

High deposition thickness, chemical composition and high hardness make EasyPress HT2 the most performing solution in die casting. The hardness copes with the presence of silicon in the die-cast alloys, the chemical inertia of the Titanium and Aluminum Nitride contains the phenomena of metallization and the high thickness (12 microns) delays the formation of cracks due to thermal fatigue.

Main characteristics

High hardness, chemical inertness, high thickness

Main benefits

EasyPress HT2 high thickness reduces the phenomena of thermal fatigue and abrasive wear, increasing the productivity of the moulds. This PVD coating is recommended for hot-forming and drop forging of Fe-C based materials and light alloys.
