High Density Plasma (HDP) technology is the culmination of the great work carried out by our R&D team to bring arc technology to its full potential. Through new generation sources we obtain a much denser and more ionized vapor or plasma. In this case deposition is favored by both a static and pulsed polarization.

These conditions allow on one hand to deposit very thin layers with extreme precision and almost totally free of micro-particles considered congenital to arc technology, on the other hand to increase the thickness of the coating.
